We provide care and support to adults who live in their homes, but require some additional support with activities, including household tasks, personal care and any other activities that allows them to maintain both their independence and their quality of life.

Whether someone needs only a few hours each week, or an intensive package of support to work towards a specific goal or objective. Our experienced staff will support them to achieve this. We are flexible in our approach and we adapt our services to meet the changing needs of our service users through our continuous assessment and review processes.

Our work is focussed on achieving positive outcomes for people. We work together to design and deliver support that promotes greater independence, confidence, and self-esteem.

The support we offer to our service users is guided by their assessment of needs, and the care and support plans put in place. This support can include but not limited to:

  • Supporting service users to manage their tenancies.
  • Supporting service users to access community-based activities, educational programmes, as well as employment opportunities.
  • Supporting service users to access holidays and short breaks.
  • Supporting service users to access community-based resources to promote their wellbeing such as health appointment and enabling them to address any areas of concern they may have.
